Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

It started off as a joke.. a small joke amongst friends in our office… banter within the IT Team… As the word spread, interest started to grow…The group became bigger… Talk turned to charities, making this unique team building exercise worthwhile… Doing something for a charity called DreamsComeTrue, who bring joy to terminally ill children. The group felt this cause made everything worthwhile, and word began to spread… Interest continued to grow… to sign up for THE event and for raising funds for a great cause.

We have 18 brave souls….Imaginary athletes, who chose to be covered head to toe in mud, with sweat and tears a plenty.. Being battered and bruised by choice to raise funds for a great charity.

Colin Gibb, Jason Souris, Paul McGurk, Ryan Clelland, Robert Davidson, Raymond Connelly, Jose Bilbao, Lucinda Barrie, Jade McCabe, Kashif Ahmed, Mary Fagan, Gillian Docherty, Catherine Gilmartin, Iain Brown, Madlen Buchbauer, Leeann Gilfillan, Kevin Moore and Kenny Kirkwood have all decided to take on the challenge of Tough Mudder on 14th June, and they need your help..

Please look to support them on this event, and raise money for a charity that helps make terminally ill children's dreams come true. The child that we will be helping is Kyle Brotherton. Kyle is 14 years old and was born with lumbosacral agenesis - a rare condition meaning his lumbar, sacrum and tail bone did not develop in his spine. Kyles dream is to swim with sharks in their natural habitat . Please help the team to raise as much as possible to help Kyle's dream come true.
