Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page of Atse school. You can also visit our website atseschool.wordpress.com

Atse is a Daughters of Charity school serving the children of the disadvantaged Kechene  area within Addis Ababa. At Atse we strive to break the cycle of poverty which many of our students families find themselves in through the provision of  free, quality education, meals and medical care.

In our school we wish to create a positive environment, based on Catholic values, where our students have opportunities and encouragement to develop their full potential and gifts- academic, social, creative and spiritual- and to become active citizens in the Ethiopia of the future. Pupils of all denominations and faiths are welcomed and supported in our school.

Through the work and dedication of our staff, the ongoing support of our parent's committee and the students own desire to use education as a bridge to a better life Atse school is working towards creating improved prospects for our students and a bright future for the community we serve.

Please take some time to visit our website, atseschool.wordpress.com,  and learn more about our work and our vision and how you can support our efforts to provide these essential and empowering services to those most in need.
