UNICEF works to build a better world for every child, every day. A world where every child has the chance to fulfil their potential and grow up healthy and safe. We work in 190 countries and territories around the world, reaching more children than any other humanitarian organisation.

Story

Thank you for visiting our JustGiving page.

We are a group of 9 brave Autovista Group employees who have decided to dye our hair a funky colour to raise money for UNICEF.

  • Kelly Furneaux our Chief People Officer is going pretty in PINK!
  • Kirstin Stocker our Comms Guru is dying her hair BLUE, much to the embarrassment of her kids
  • Steve Reeves from the Salesforce gang is also going funky BLUE
  • Florence Trevorah our Digital Marketer is dying her hair a delicious PINK & PEACH
  • Robyn Todd a Product Manager is changing her hair to sleek black with vivid blue streaks
  • Chris Hartley from Finance will be sporting a BLUE & GREEN hair-do
  • Christine Vranze from Production is spicing it up with a PURPLE & MAGENTA mix
  • Scott Johnson from the Risk & Compliance team is dying his hair funky bright ORANGE
  • Clare Renton from L&D is going bold and giving her hairdresser CREATIVE LICENCE to decide what colour(s) to go!

There are two conditions for the challenge. The first is that the hair can NOT be ordinary looking! It needs to be bold and different, maybe even wacky. The second is that the hair must be like this for the full month of July. Not just a couple of days.

We are supporting UNICEF because of their international reach in providing children with education, life-saving food, clean water, vaccines and protection from violence. In addition, UNICEF is running a number of innovative programmes to mitigate the impacts of climate change, ensuring that children are not made homeless, miss school or fall ill because of increasing floods, droughts and other extreme climate change events.

As a group, we want to raise at least £1800  for UNICEF, which works out £200 each. On top of this Autovista Group will be matching £1 for £1.

Please keep an eye on this page - we will be posting plenty of pictures!

A BIG thank you for your support in getting behind our efforts to raise money for a very important and worthwhile cause.
