Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page in memory of my first child Poppy. Her effect on my life was profound and funds raised from my annual Christmas day swim in the icy waters of Ouaisne Bay in Jersey ensure that her memory is not lost. What started as a few friends from the Smugglers has now turned into an event that sees several hundred people brave the elements for Make a Wish or Jersey Hospice - they can't all be there just for the free ale and mince pies on Christmas day.
