Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. We are The Choir on the Hill and we will be busking for Ukraine on Saturday 2nd April at midday at Crystal Palace Food Market, Haynes Lane, London SE19.

This will be our first performance of 2022 and while it was always going to be a fundraiser, we had not decided which charity we'd be supporting. However, as we watched in horror as the Russian invasion began, choir directors Christopher Braime and Frazer Scott spoke about the need to help the people of Ukraine and a decision was made. We have chosen to raise much needed funds for Ukraine Charity. 

Given the acute humanitarian crisis created by the Russian invasion, Ukraine Charity's current focus for fundraising is to provide relief on the ground, mainly through emergency medical supplies for Ukrainian hospitals. Ukraine Charity operates on a volunteer basis, without overhead costs, to ensure that the funds raised are channeled to the desired beneficiaries.
