Story
Phil, Clarisse, Freya and I will be joining the walk to support Maude's family and help raise funds to bring an end to cot death. Any donation you make will be gratefully received.
In January this year, a beautiful little girl named Maude died in her sleep during her afternoon nap. She was only 2 years old. She was a victim of the insidious killer that is SIDS - Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, or cot death.
On Saturday May 12th 2007, parents and children all over the UK will walk a Mile for Maude. Carrying pink balloons, we will remember Maude and celebrate her life - and the lives of all other children lost to SIDS, as we raise money for the Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths (FSID).
Please visit www.amileformaude.com for more about Maude and the walks that will take place around the country. Please feel free to join in, promote and support your local walk if you are able.
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to donate: Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths will receive your money electronically and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in Gift Aid will be added to your donation at no cost to you.
Please donate generously.
Many thanks for your support.
