On September 14th 2008, your favourite athlete will be taking part in a half marathon (13.1 miles) and I have decided to raise awareness and funds for the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation at the same time.

Unfortunatley, Prostate Cancer is on the rise and with each day that passes there is more and more chance it could affect you, your dad, your grandad, your friends and other family members.

I hope my starting target to raise £500 is utterly wrong and I double, if not triple this amount!! I know my friends, family and general fans (haha) won't let me down.
