One of my challenges is to do something for others. I am a very lucky person, enjoying good health and a loving family.

But others are not so fortunate. Very sadly, it isn't just the old who die, it is sometimes the young as well.

Bolton Hospice provides fantastic support for people in their final days, offering care and dignity at this most difficult time.

So, in recognition of the great work done by Bolton Hospice, I am training for my first 5k run.
