We are doing race for life in memory of Mirelle's aunt who sadly passed away to colon cancer in 2011, we will be running alongside Mirelle supporting her with every step of the way.

We are also doing race for life as we have each set ourselves the task of giving back to a good cause, taking on a new challenge and getting fitter and healthier in 2014. So we thought a great way to do this is by taking part in a 5k run to help raise money for Cancer Research UK.

Cancer Research do not receive any government funding for research, therefore their life-saving work relies on the money we donate to them, so the more we donate, the more research can be done and the sooner the day will come that we can beat cancer once and for all.

Thanks to Cancer Research we are now twice as likely to survive cancer today compared to 40 years ago.

So please help us to show cancer who’s boss by sponsoring our 5k run. Events like race for life are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing and treating cancer.  By sponsoring us, we can unite and create a force that cancer can't ignore.

All donations are greatly appreciated and will make a huge difference to all of us and to future generations to come.
