I'm joining Cancer Research UK's Race for Life this year in memory of my Grandpa. We lost this incredible man in November 2014 and a day doesn't go by when I don't think of him. 

I'm a horrific runner so I'm going to put a lot of training in and hopefully I'll be able to do it in a respectable time...
