So many people are affected by Alzheimer's and Dementia, watching my Grandma go through this and seeing what is doing to the people closest to her is so absolutely heartbreaking. 

To watch someone disappear before your eyes, lose their past, their relationships, their very soul and be unable to do anything about it is something that nobody should have to face alone. 

The Alzheimer's Society are there for anyone affected by dementia, and they do everything they can to keep people with dementia connected to their lives and the people who matter most.

I've decided to participate in a skydive to raise as much as I can for the Alzheimer's Society, I've seen firsthand the help that they offer and I want to do something to help them in return.
