I have decided to Enter the BUPA Manchester 10k Run 2013 in memory of my Nephew Alex Williams and also to raise vital funds for the Alex Williams Believe and Achieve Appeal that has been setup in his memory.

Alex was an inspiration (and still is)to everybody that had the pleasure of meeting him, Alex gave so much of his self to so many, always smiling, never complaining and nothing was ever too much trouble to Alex. Alex was a young Ambassador for the Menigitis Trust ( a cause very close to his heart)and an Olympic torch bearer.

Alex very sadly passed away on 1st August 2012 and is greatly missed by all his Family and Friends alike.
