I'm going to do a 10k run for St Catherine's Hospice in Crawley on 18th October, and would really appreciate your support. It's my first ever run and I'm not much of a runner yet, but hopefully will make it to the end without needing any medical assistance!

I have chosen to support St Catherine's Hospice as it is a charity that is local to my workplace and because a friend recently spent her last days in a hospice where they gave absolutely incredible care and support to her and her family. Frankly I am amazed that such a vital service must rely on voluntary donations.

St Catherine’s Hospice is a charity dedicated to providing specialised end of life care and support to local people, their families, friends and carers. They need to raise £4.8m in voluntary income to ensure they can keep providing their vital services to those who need them.
