Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In November myself and 5 mates are putting ourselves through the imfamous PUMA Hellrunner all in aid for service charity HELP FOR HEROES.

Its a gruelling 12 mile run over a cold, wet, muddy, slippery, sandy, hilly and HELLISH course in the Hampshire countryside. It has been a year since I last badgered anyone for some sponsorship cash so dig deep and help me beat the other 5's fundraising efforts (J already has £35!)
