Im doing This thingy with some commrades of mine, its called:
Bicycling Day of Fun!
Roses Challenge: Lancaster to York in 1 Day, 100 Miles

Jolly Good! So, inevitably my heart is gonna be pumping over time, as we slog over those hills. But thats the rewarding fun part, and its ace when people can do that, because its one of the enjoyable things in life.

So basically, help me out to get my heart pumping for the sake of helping other people have a heart than can be got pumping! ITS ALL ABOUT PUMPING!

Seriously, im looking forward to giving this my best shot, but importantly, its for a fantastic cause, A GOOD HEART = A GOOD LIFE, and i want people to have good, healthy active lives, because i think its ace.

So, please, back me to do this, and really your helping a great thing, making healthier lives.
