Last night whilst down Windsor Rugby Club i was approached on behalf of The Wooden Spoon Charity to give up smoking. Not very tricky i thought whilst taking a butchers of the Charity paperwork. My donation is small, to donate the value of a pack of cigs (£5.50) every week until i am no longer around. Not hard really!

The fun part now, for every £20 you donate, you will be entered into a prize draw for  a day at the races (you and your partner) and lunch at Ascot with ME!!  This is all expenses paid (Worth £250!) lunch and as much booze you want drink at a fixture which suits. There will be 6 possible dates over the year you can win, so crack on girls and boys!!
