Story

There are so many different models of 360 cameras on the market that each has a particular trick to shooting incredible pictures. However, there are some standard tips
you can use that apply to practically any 360
camera. We will cover the most
important on this post.

If you still don’t have a 360 camera, then you will learn how easy it is to get high-quality results. Maybe you will give it a try afterward.

A tripod for your Camera
You can shoot video the traditional way, with the camera in your hand. However, to get better results, it is best to use a tripod. 360 photos and especially videos need a steady hand to be truly amazing. Otherwise, they will shake, and that is not the kind of effect you want to get from your 360 camera.
When you use the tripod, take advantage of the remote control options of your 360 camera. That way you can place it in a place where you may control it from wherever you are. Some devices even give you the chance to preview the shot, allowing you to take control of your production.

The Light must be good

With traditional cameras, if you were under low light conditions, the flash would take over to take some interesting shots. However, with a 360 camera, there are no flashes. Therefore, you need the best possible light conditions.
Some cameras have night functions that automatically compensate the lack of light. However, they will never be as good as having the light for real. Then, when you use your 360 camera only turn on the lights or open the curtains.

Check for the Memory Status
You don-t want to run out of memory while you are using your 360 camera. If you are used to shooting thousands of pictures or long videos with a regular camera, you must be aware that 360 photos and video are much more demanding regarding memory.
The reason is simple. A 360 camera captures much more information on each shot. To be able to catch a round view of your surroundings, you need around 7 times more space for each shot. That means you cannot rely on a small memory. If your camera has an external memory slot, it is advisable to add more memory immediately. That way you’ll never miss the perfect 360 moments.
