 Just because it wasn't painful enough last year I have decided to run the Great North Run again. This time Bethan has volunteered to share the pain as well. Beth and I are raising money for Leukaemia Research and would be extremely grateful for your support.

 The prospect of running against Beth will no doubt amuse the majority of you lot, but she has assured me that this is not a race, and we will in fact be running the whole route together!! As she is not at all competitive I feel at complete ease (hmmm) - I reckon if I tie her legs together I may have a slight chance of winning!

It would be fantastic if you could spare a few pounds, or as much as you feel is a worthy donation to this charity.
