Stephanie Moore MBE set up the Bobby Moore Fund in partnership with Cancer Research UK, following the death of her husband, Bobby Moore, from bowel cancer. The Bobby Moore Fund is now a leader in the fight against bowel cancer, funding research that’s helping more people to survive than ever before.

Story

I am running my first ever half marathon on the 16th September in memory of Helen Muscillo. The Great North Run is one of the most famous half marathons and it should be a great day in Newcastle. I am trying to raise £400 for The Bobby Moore Fund - a very worthy charity who raise awareness about bowel cancer. I've never run as far as 13.1 miles before and any donations will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much!
