So I've always loved to help try and raise money for charity, and to be honest I haven't done anything in a long time. So this is how I'm making the biggest effort I can to raise money for a brilliant cause. 

It's well known that there are a staggering number of children in the UK (and all over the world for that matter) living below the poverty line, and it doesn't have to be this way (cheesy I know, but I'm not wrong).

I have worked with children since I was a child, and it has hit me hard knowing that some of the children I have worked with have been living below the poverty line. Being excited for meals because they can eat more than they normally would, turning up to events with broken shoes (that weren't just their favourite pair, but their only pair), seeing the sadness on their faces as the reality sinks in that they have to go home again. But the worst bit is many of these kids don't realise that they are living below the poverty line. They often think it's normal to bundle up inside and to have one hot meal (provided by school) a day. 

I want to help change this.

Honestly I have no reason to shave my head, but I want it to be a sacrifice that I'm making to help people who need it most. We all need to make sacrifices, some more than others, and some worse than others. 

In respect of that, if you have anything at all to give, please help our youth to have warm clothes, full bellies, and smiles on their faces, it would make me immensely happy, but not as happy as these kids will be :)
