Hello customers and friends - All of us at Bill Smith Motors LTD. andSmiths Honda want to say a huge thank you for your support and generosity for the 2013 Bill Smith Motors Mods and Rockers Charity Run this year. With around 500 of you coming along it was by far the best Charity Run we have ever done and we are very pleased to say we raised just over £3,000 for Claire House Childrens Hospice - fantastic, and it's all down to you guys who gave your time and donations! 

Abi Smith, Cheshire Area Fundraising Manager for Claire House has been in touch and has said;
“500 people turning up to support this event is truly amazing; the biking community never let us down. Christmas is such a wonderful time for everyone, a chance to spend it with our families and loved ones. Events like this one allow families who use the services of Claire House to enjoy time together, not just during the festive period, but all year round. We’re so grateful to Bill Smith Motors for all their support over the past twelve months and we look forward to working with them and their customers, long into the New Year.”
Ian Pulston-Davies (Owen the builder from Coronation Street) also said;
"The joy of seeing so many bikers with presents for the children strapped to their bikes on a sunny December day was enough to bring a tear to your eye! A truly magnificent sight! Classic bikes, racing bikes, Lamberettas and Vespas... 'Mods and Rockers galore. All united in bringing a little bit of happiness to Claire House. I take my (crash) helmet off to every one of you!" 

This was our 8th Toy Run and it seems that with all your support we might have outgrown the Bill Smith Motors site so we may have to move it to our Honda premises next year just down the road - but we will let you know nearer the time. 

As Karen said on Sunday, Claire House needs over 6k a day to open its doors and we will continue to raise much needed funds through various events, so please stay in touch with us to be involved. Many thanks to all who took part we are so grateful and overwhelmed from your support.
