CANCER RESEARCH UK 140 MILE CYCLE RIDE

We did it.  We can confirm that everyone completed this difficult challenge.  We set off from Whitehaven Harbour, on the Cumbrian West Coast at  10.00am on Monday 18th June and after a very challenging 140 miles over the roof of Northern England using a variety of paths, rough off road trails, minor roads, disused railway lines and climbing plenty of hills of which some were 2000 feet above sea level, arrived at Roker Beach on the East Coast on Thursday 21st June.

We would like to thank everybody who helped us in achieving well over our target by sponsoring us online, donating raffle prizes, and participating in football lottery cards and raffles.
