Bliss Cavalier Rescue is a breed-specific rescue, dedicated to helping Cavaliers in need. We take in dogs for many reasons—changes in family circumstances, financial struggles, health conditions, or ex-breeding dogs no longer wanted. Our passion is giving them the second chance they deserve.
