Completing the Great North Run will be an achievement in itself for me nowadays with arthritis in my feet but what better way of finding inspiration than to run for a great cause.

We lost Felicity, our Cav, in February at the age of just 7. This charity helps home rescue Cavaliers and also helps fund research into their renowned health issues they face.
