Its that time of year again.....69 days to the 2012 Great North Run. This will be my 3rd run and this year I will be joined by two GNR virgins!

After seeing last years finish line Clare & Catherine couldn't resist signing up for a bit of physical punishment. Both girls have been battling personal injuries to help me raise some much needed funds for ECCDS.

ECCDS are a unique charity who educate children with Down Syndrome in the North East of England. They have been a great source of help and support to my family and are expanding to help even more families like mine.
