I am running the Saucony 10K in London on the 13th of July to fundraise for a charity called The Food Chain. Living with HIV can have complex nutritional requirements which may be overwhelming. The Food Chain delivers meals and groceries, offers cooking and nutrition classes, as well as communal eating opportunities to individual's with HIV living in London and their dependents.
