This year I am running the Cheltenham half marathon in support of hospitals in Cheltenham and Gloucestershire who are massively underfunded and short staffed, they need as much support as they can get. Having family and friends who work or have worked in different sectors of these places I understand how hard and demanding it is with so many cutbacks and pressure to deliver.
