Hi all, 

So I'm riding the Prudential ride 100 on the 2nd of august raising money for Muscular Dystrophy UK. I'll be training hard and giving it everything I've got so if you can help me reach my target with a donation it will be very much appreciated no matter how small. 

As you've probably guessed the route covers 100 miles, starting in east london and heading into Surrey over both Box and Leith hill before heading back into London finishing on the mall. The event is basically the equivalent of a marathon but on a bike so as you can imagine its going to be painful!
