Story

The Drugs In Breastmilk Helpline is run by a volunteer and they need to raise funds to keep it running.

As a group of breastfeeding mums, we all have access to the useful information the helpline provides. The helpline is now looking for groups to become "friends" with it. It will cost £150 for one years membership.

In Torfaen, we have an active group on facebook and also groups in the community, also mainly run by volunteers-trained Peer Supporters. Apart from supporting the helpline to continue it's work, as a friendship member, our group will receive updates and 5 x information packs the Trained Peer Supporters can use in groups.

There are nearly 300 members of the facebook group, so if we all donated 50p we would make the £150 between us.

As not all members will be in a position to donate, I suggest people donate what they can around th £2-5 mark?

Looking forward to getting the friendship for Torfaen.
