On January 2nd this year (when everyone was enthusiastic and their New Year's Resolutions were still intact!) it was decided the Brewin Dolphin Cardiff office would enter two teams to run the Cardiff 10k. As well as providing an opportunity to 'beat the boss', team build and get fit, the teams will be swapping their suits and ties for sweat and trainers all in the name of a good cause.

We have decided to raise money for the Kidney Wales Foundation which is a fantastic local charity. Approximately 1 in 10 people will have kidney disease in their lifetime and the Kidney Wales Foundation has been raising money for almost 50 years to support patients and their families and promote excellence in renal research.
