I am taking part in this year's Tour de Credit Suisse. This 5 day cycling challenge through Switzerland, Italy and Austria will take in the mighty Stelvio Pass as well as approx. 14 other high mountain passes.

All the money raised will be invested in Age UK's Better Later Lives programme, helping 30,000 older people and their families who have nowhere else to turn to.
