October is Breast Cancer Awareness month aimed at increasing awareness of the disease and raising funds for research into its cause, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure.

Some of you may know that in October 2019 my Mum was diagnosed with breast cancer and our families whole world was thrown into a whirlwind of fear, love, treatment options and complete unknown. Mum attended a routine breast check which assisted with early diagnosis of her cancer and with excellent treatment and care is doing very well today! So ladies! CHECK YOUR BOOBIES! 💖 

For the next month I will be raising money on behalf of my Mum and for many friends who’s families have also been affected by this disease. 100% of sales of the Cabu Boobie earrings will go to the Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation who helped my mum and our family through such a hard time. 

The Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation raises much needed funds to provide practical and immediate support services to local families receiving treatment for breast and ovarian cancer.
