August 25th, I will be waking up in Dover, catching the 4.30am Ferry to Calais with my Bike and cycling 103 miles to Middelburg, Holland. September 3rd I'll have to cycle back.

I will be raising money for Rays of Sunshine in memory of my cousin Marieka Carling. This is my favourite charity, they grant wishes for children in hospital and Marieka was lucky enough to have a wish granted (£500 a wish... arrow pointing to the fundraising goal). She was picked up in a stretch Limo, spent a day at X Factor, treated like a celebrity, hanging out with Girls Aloud, Simon Cowell and many more.

Every year, the family of 20 plus mad Dutch, other halves and Dogs jump in a few cars, get the Eurotunnel to France and drive to Holland. I'm often squashed in the back with a dog licking my face, covered in Fox Sh... anyway. We spend about 10 days, eating and drinking too much, bike rides (behave!) and speaking a bit of Moody Del Boy Dutch. Marieka loved these holidays and we all remember her whilst having fun.
