Due to a hectic work schedule I haven't trained as much as my co-runners and so this is going to be a little bit tough.  However, hopefully it is the start of things to come and a healthier lifestyle as I think it is fair to say that I have taken full advantage of business lunches in the last few years!

Given that this is a disease that seems to touch most people in one way or another it seemed appropriate that we give ourselves a goal to aim towards......which is looming sooner than we thought.  I can now jog 10km on the treadmill at an elegant pace, however add some gradient and outside conditions and it is not going to be pretty so any small reason to make me feel guilty (which is a great motivator for me) would be gratefully received.   All modest donations welcome - 10p per km is a fab start.
