Team My Breast Cancer Support this year comprises of members Nikki and Sarah. Here are their stories

Nikki

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in the very early stages as I was on a screening programme as my mum died from the disease when I was young. As I went through various surgeries, the support of women who had been through similar situations and understood the challenges was invaluable. It’s a pleasure to support this charity who provide amazing support.

Sarah

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019 at age 36. The My Breast Cancer Support team were amazing - so supportive and kind. I really appreciated the opportunity to get some exercise when I felt able to with ladies who had been through similar - in gym classes and walks in the park organised by the group. I will always be thankful to Sara and Alison.
