Seven years ago, With Insight was founded with a simple belief: every Black-heritage student deserves to see their potential realised.
Since then, we've witnessed remarkable transformations. University offers received. Internships secured. Students gaining the confidence to dream big.
Through our programmes, we've paired hundreds of students with mentors who see beyond limiting beliefs. Take one recent mentee: two years ago, she walked through Central London feeling completely out of place among the office buildings and professionals in sharp suits.
I used to think I didn't fit in. I'd see all these successful people and think, 'That's not for someone like me.'
Today, she's head girl at her school and mentors other students. She found her voice through a single conversation that cost just £25 to facilitate.
Now, we're scaling our ambition. Our 1000 Student Campaign aims to support 1,000 students annually by 2027.
