St Richard’s Hospice is an independent charity offering free, expert care for adults with an illness that cannot be cured, and support for their loved ones and carers. Each year the hospice team supports more than 3,100 patients, family members and bereaved people in Worcestershire.

Story

This June, support St Richard's Hospice by taking part in our 100K Your Way challenge. Grab your trainers and enjoy your daily exercise in the sunshine by taking in the beautiful sights of your community, whilst raising vital funds to help support local people living with life-limiting illnesses.

Taking part in a #100Kyourway is easy! You can run, walk, cycle or even dance your way to 100K throughout the month of June. You can complete the distance in any amount of time, from one weekend to spreading it over the month, the choice is yours! Why not get your household involved too by taking on 100K your way as a team?

Everyone who signs up for the challenge will receive their very own St Richard's Hospice t-shirt and a special 100K your way certificate on completion. Were asking those who take part to raise as much as possible, to help us ensure we can be there for patients and loved ones, when they need us most. With help from you and our fantastic community of supporters we are hopeful that we can come through these difficult days together.

It is important to take on the 100K your way challenge safely and in line with Government recommendations during social distancing. Remember to:

Exercise locally

Use open spaces if possible

Stay 2 metres apart from others not from your household
