Story

We are absolutely delighted to announce an exciting upcoming event, that will raise funds for Prostate Buddies D & G, whilst also 'Raising Awareness' of this illness.

At 8.30 AM on Sunday September 4th, at least nine local enthusiastic cyclists will be flagged away from Burns' Statue in Dumfries for a non-stop route that takes them just over 100 miles, via Moffat and Longtown, returning to Dumfries and the world famous statue, around 6 hours later.

The '100 Milers' hope to add a few more names to their list but here, in alphabetical order are the names of the riders currently committed to the challenge:

Graham Black, David Byers, Duncan Cross, Keith Dingwall, Allen Henderson, Lukasz Kruk, Adam Watret, Andy Webster and Scott Welsh.

All will have sponsor sheets and will be hoping to fill them with pledges from workmates, family and friends. All we ask is that you give generously.

The map shows the clockwise route that stretches to just over 100 miles.
