Story

We have helped 1000s of people affected by abuse. By taking part or donating you are helping others too. Join in and feel healthier, lose weight and meet some inspirational and amazing people.

Abuse causes trauma that we have to learn to deal with. How we deal with that trauma is what shapes us. Painful events not dealt with lead to mental and physical issues that can cause loneliness, low self-esteem, mental health, asthma, cardiovascular issues, joint pain, PTSD, fibromyalgia, stress, risky behaviour, addiction and so much more.

SALFORD SURVIVOR ARE COMMITTED TO CHANGING THE LIVES OF THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN THROUGH ABUSE AND NOT DEALT WITH THE PAIN.

Help us help those affected live free from abuse and healthy lives.
