In 2009, our story began with a Sunday league team playing in London’s parks, Huracan FC London. Inspired by the connection with fans of Club Atlético Huracán in Argentina, we embarked on an incredible journey. In 2013, our shared passion became the foundation of our charity's global mission: transform the lives of children through football, the world’s game

Fast forward ten years to 2023, and we’ve developed a proven model for empowering inspirational educators from the Teach for All movement to use football as a tool for driving change in their communities. Our projects goals have included:

🇺🇬 Increasing graduation rates for primary school girls in Uganda

🇳🇵 I Creating one of the first ever girls’ football league in the Himalayas (Nepal)

🇳🇬 Supporting young girls to develop leadership, social, and emotional skills (Nigeria)

🇲🇽 Building the first football club with children with Autism in the Yucatan peninsula (Mexico)

🇦🇲 Providing a safe place for children to play sport amid school closures in the war-torn region of Artsakh Nagorno-Karabakh (Armenia)

We’re just getting started…

Raising £10,000 will allow us to fund two of these projects in full - making a significant, long-term impact on the participants of the projects and their wider community.

This year we will support our first ever project working with an indigenous population in Chaco, Argentina - continue to develop our network of projects in Uganda - provide safe spaces for girls and boys to develop their confidence in projects in Peru and Mexico - and use football to catalyse the education of children in Zimbabwe (our first project in the country).

We can only make this happen with your support

We're proud to be forging connections across borders, creating a unique international network between these organizations. This October we will also be bringing together 20 project leaders past, present, and future to Buenos Aires for an inspirational Kick off Week programme.

£10,000 is enough to fully support two new projects that will bring joy, learning, and connection to the lives of over 100 children. Your support is a game-changer, propelling us towards a brighter future for these children.
