This Sunday, 13th July, one of our incredible managers is lacing up her running shoes to complete the Wilmslow 10K for Stockport Without Abuse.

Why? Because every time someone arrives at our refuge, they deserve to feel safe, welcome, and seen—especially after making such a courageous decision to leave abuse behind.

She’s raising money to fund essential welcome packs for the individuals and families who turn to us in their darkest hour. From a clean set of bedding to children’s pyjamas, a toothbrush, shampoo, towels — your donation helps make that first night a little softer.
