We've paired up with MyRace for a second year to hold a 10km event this June, wherever you want it to be!
Whichever young mind you are #FightingFor, you can run, swim, skate or walk 10km on any day this June and help raise vital funds and awareness for children and young peoples mental health.
This year we encourage you to take part with others. Include your family, friends, colleagues, communities and schools to show children and young people the importance of calling on those around you to overcome lifes challenges together.
Once completed, all participants will receive a special 10K Your Way medal for your amazing efforts.
How does it work?
10K Your Way is a virtual race, meaning it can be completed at any location or time. You don't have to physically turn up to a race start line, and no navigating past hundreds of fellow runners!
You could complete the 10K in fancy dress, skate it in rollerblades, walk up a mountain or even swim with a furry companion. And it doesn't matter when you do it either. It can be your lunch break, on the school run, or at the weekend with friends and family.
Once you've completed your 10K, you simply need to let us know by showing us a photo of your distance covered, or a snap of you in action and uploading this here.
Doing this will let us know that you have completed your 10K, and we will then send your bespoke medal to you in the post. If youre taking part as a group, sign up under one registration and order as many medals as you need for everyone taking part with you. When uploading your evidence one group photo will be perfect!
