We are a peer support organisation dedicated to helping improve the lives of those who survive a cardiac arrest and others affected by that event. We provide a range of resources and opportunities for our members to interact with others with a shared experience

Story

Each year, thousands of people experience a sudden cardiac arrest. Thanks to medical advancements and the quick actions of bystanders, more people are surviving than ever before.

But survival is just the beginning—navigating life after an SCA can be overwhelming.

Sudden Cardiac Arrest UK (SCA UK) is a charity dedicated to supporting those affected by sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). Whether you’re a survivor, a family member, or someone impacted by this life-changing event, we’re here to provide a community of understanding, resources, and support.

By taking part in our 10 Years Together Challenge, you’re making a real difference in the lives of those affected by sudden cardiac arrest. Every pound raised helps us support, connect, and advocate for our community.

£25 - Funds an SCA UK information pack direct to a cardiac unit enabling us to reach survivors and co-survivors as soon as they need us

£100 - Funds a podcast with a medical expert that provides reliable, accurate and accessible information to our cohort

£250 - Funds a table at an advocacy event that enables us to spread the word on the importance of timely and comprehensive medical aftercare
