Supporting Western Beacons Mountain Rescue Team. Pen Y Fan is 2,907 ft and Everest is 29,029 feet, so you could say that if you completed 10YFan, it is the equivalent of climbing Everest ….. tenuous maybe, but it just shows the enormity of achieving the full ten climbs. You don’t need oxygen, snow boots or a tent though, just a determination to complete as many climbs as you want in 24 hours.

10YFan is for everyone, and whether you complete one climb or ten, it’s an amazing accomplishment. We will support and encourage you on every step of your journey and do our best to make your 10YFAN something to remember.

What we can promise is a unique experience. We start early evening and continue through the night for a 24-hour period. You get to see a side of Pen Y Fan that many don’t, including (if we’re lucky with the weather) an uninterrupted view of the night sky and breaking dawn.
