What began as a deeply personal mission to reduce the isolation of baby loss, trauma and grief has grown and flourished into something far beyond what I ever imagined. MM is a vital and compassionate service at the heart of the baby loss community. I am incredibly proud of all that we have achieved over the years and how much we have grown as a charity.

To the families who have trusted us in their most difficult moments—thank you. To our dedicated volunteers, our committed board of trustees, our passionate staff and all the wider colleagues and organisations who continue to stand beside us and believe in our vision; this would not be possible without you.

Your support, kindness and shared purpose have built a very speical MM community where no one has to face loss alone. Lets keep doing what we do best - lets raise awareness and continue to grow our services so all members of the family and baby loss community have access to what they need; when they need it.

Here’s to everything we’ve accomplished, many more birthdays and to continuing to be there for the MM families for years to come.
