We’re asking you to join our team of Independent Athletes and take on our 1625 Fitness Challenge!
Whether you’re a seasoned pro, or fancy trying something new, there’s a challenge tailored just for you:
🚶 Walk 1625: Take strong strides by walking 16,000 steps daily for 25 days (almost 175 miles in total)
🏃♀️ Run 1625: Lace up and commit to running 1.6km every day for 25 days (that’s about 1 mile a day!)
💪 Rep 1625: Feel the burn by completing 1625 reps of your favourite exercise, over a month (that's an average of 52 a day!)
By taking part, you're not just pushing your limits, you're supporting young people in your community. Your fundraising goal of £150 will directly impact young lives, providing vital support and opportunities to enable them to become independent people.
