The 1863 Club's Hampton Court sponsored row

The 1863 Club will be rowing 15km to Hampton Court to raise funds for our rowing program - please support now!

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation amongst state school pupils through the provision of funds, equipment, coaching and facilities for rowing.

Story

On Saturday 15th July, ten 13- and 14-year-old boys rowed through wind and rain to initiate a long row to raise funds for the 1863 Club. The adverse weather meant we stopped the event before it was fully completed. But we aim to complete the long row in the new term, rowing from our Chiswick boathouse to Hampton Court and back (15km) to raise funds for the rowing program.

The 1863 Club offers LOS pupils the opportunity to row and relies on fundraising to help make it happen. The funds raised will go directly towards the day-to-day running of the club and equipment repair. Please give generously!
