Story

It's our 20th birthday this year!

To celebrate, join our #200for20 fundraiser throughout July, our 20th anniversary month, and aim to raise at least £200 to help inspire even more brighter futures.

Fundraising is a fantastic opportunity for you to try something new whilst raising vital funds and awareness to fuel the Trust magic so more young people can be supported than ever before.

Dont worry! You dont have to be a triathlon athlete to take part. How you fundraise is completely up to you! From read-a-thons and selling crafty creations, to organising office raffles and hosting a sweep stake. Maybe you have a skill, like playing an instrument or speaking another language that you can offer a few hours of your time for a donation towards your £200 target. There are hundreds of ways you can easily raise £200 whilst having fun or trying something new!

First time fundraising or just looking for some additional pointers? Check out our 200for20 fundraising page on our website to access our fundraising guide with helpful tips and advice or get in touch with the fundraising team for support at fundraising@emcancertrust.org.

How to get started:

Set up a JustGiving page linking it to this campaign. Update your supporters on your progress on all your social channels. Let them know how your reading marathon is going or how your crafting project is coming along, while encouraging them to donate to your fundraiser.

Bring on #200for20 this July!

About the charity

The Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust inspires young people aged 8-24 to believe in a brighter future living through and beyond cancer. For many young people simply picking up where they left off before their diagnosis just isn’t possible. So, when treatment ends the Trust’s work begins.
