Organised by Brathay TrustStarting in 2007 the Brathay 10in10 was the World’s first 10 marathons in 10 days stage race. The challenge is simple; run 10 laps of the stunning Windermere Marathon course over 10 days. It is considered one of the UK's toughest running events.

Of course the main highlight is running the world’s original 10in10. 10 marathons on the beautiful and challenging Windermere Marathon course. And the 10th day is beyond compare as hundreds of marathons runners in the main marathon cheer you and are in awe of your achievement.
Brathay Hall provides a stunning event centre on the shore of Windermere – the start/finish lines and a base for accommodation, race recovery and rest throughout the 10 days.
The thousands of miles of training; marathon running over the 10 days; and fundraising is all to support disadvantaged children and young people facing inequality and adversity, every year.
