Summer Search is a positive youth development organization whose mission is to create greater equity and expand the academic, professional, and financial pathways available to students of color residing in low-income communities. We do this by partnering with each young person from their sophomore year in high school to Year 1 of their post-secondary education, utilizing long-term, in-depth mentorship paired with transformative, perspective-building experiences to cultivate the fearless resilience essential to reaching their goals. Summer Search students strengthen the skills they need to thrive in school and in life.
